Shipping & Returns
A. Processing
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours processing. Excluding Saturday , Sunday, and Major holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. after processing is completed , you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note that your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
B. Purchasing
Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their coast.

C. Shipping
We ship all order thru USPS. To ensure your package arrives in advertised time make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, Buildings, and apartment number is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. L.Moultrie clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen , incorrect address, or misplace packages. Once a package has left or HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
D. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy last 7 days after order are received ( excluding weekend or national holidays). Return/ Exchanges are not processed until we receive the returns/exchanges item at our Headquarters. For returns/exchanges emails our customer service department will be glade to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14days(excluding Sundays and national holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. if a item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.

Order are package and shipped Monday- Friday Only. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, however , during periods of high demand please allow up to 7- 10 business days. for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders place on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until the next business day.
